If you have an active subscription but want to claim extra rewards that are available in our promo subscription, please follow these steps:
Click 'Plan details' on your current subscription and select the 'Manage Subscription' option;
Select a promo subscription (such a subscription will have a Subscribe button) and finish the payment;
Once the payment is made, you will see that you now have two subscriptions, the promo one is active, while the previous one is paused.
To unpause your previous subscription, you'll have to cancel the promo one (so it's not renewed) and finish using it. After it ends, you will be able to reactivate the paused subscription.
