The gamepad must be connected to the device from which the session is launched (we recommend doing this before starting). After the session begins, press a few buttons on the gamepad so the system can recognize it — you will hear a system sound once it’s detected.
Note: If you connect the gamepad during an active session when the game is already running, we cannot guarantee proper functionality. Sometimes the game recognizes the gamepad only after pressing a specific button, so try pressing different keys.
