While playing, avoid running other applications or keeping browser tabs open
Do not launch other apps, programs, or processes, and do not open other browser tabs.
If you run the Product on your laptop, do not connect it to TVs and other screens, monitors, or displays through HDMI, USB, or otherwise. Video output to other devices may result in worse performance.
If your graphics card does not support hardware decoding, the client falls back to a software decoder: streaming still works, but with high CPU load and a noticeable drop in image quality.

Possible problems and questions:
The back button of a gamepad closes the game session - on the part of a phone, the back button of the connected gamepad is a system button and fulfills the back action in the browser. To use the back button function, you have to use the back button drawn on the phone screen.
iPhone Requirements:

iPhone does not recognize the back and start buttons. To use the function of the back and the start buttons, you should use the back and the start buttons drawn on the phone screen.
Requirements for your Internet connection
Online streaming automatically configures depending on your Internet connection. The quality of your Internet connection defines the quality of the image you observe on the screen.
Minimum for Full HD 60 fps gaming: a stable 14 Mbps connection
For comfortable gaming: 24 Mbps or more
For 4K gaming: 80 Mbps or more
Use a wired connection (Ethernet) or a 5 GHz router. A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection may cause streaming quality issues
If your laptop has no Ethernet port, use a USB or Thunderbolt adapter
Requirements for your controllers
Use a computer mouse and a keyboard connected via USB. Wireless controllers may increase response time or jitter.
We recommend using the following gamepads: Sony DualShock 4, Microsoft Xbox 360 (wired connection only) and Xbox One, and Logitech Gamepad F310/F510/F710. You may use other gamepads, but we do not guarantee a seamless operation.
Keep in mind that regardless of the controller you use, our system will recognize it as an Xbox 360 gamepad to improve compatibility. This does not interfere with the gameplay, however, the buttons will appear as the ones on the Xbox controller.
To reduce response time, use a wire connection.
