Important notes:
Microphone usage isn't supported in the TV applications.
In the application for Android TV, full keyboard and mouse support is available. On Samsung TV, only the keyboard is supported — this function is available in the login window, but proper operation inside the session is not guaranteed. For other TV models, keyboard and mouse support is under development.
If the A button on the gamepad is not working in games, open our stream overlay (press the two system buttons on the gamepad) and disable the use of the cursor by unchecking the box in the bottom left corner. https://prnt.sc/4hh0cLa-xTIR
If your stream image is distorted, please try changing the screen resolution to one that has an 'i' at the end. For example, changing your screen resolution from 1080р to 1080i can resolve the distortion issue.
Fire TV Stick app. At this time, we only support Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K and Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Other models are not currently supported. We are working on optimizing our service for other Fire TV Stick models.
If you want to play via your TV, you can only do so through our application. We do not guarantee a flawless experience when using the TV browser to access our service, and in most cases, you won't be able to launch the session.
If you have an Android TV, you can download our application from the Google Play Store on your TV. If you have an LG TV, you can download our application from the LG Content Store. You can download the Fire Stick app from the official Amazon website. For all other supported TVs, you can also find our app in the app store. If you cannot find our app, then most likely your TV does not support our service.
How to start using Boosteroid
After you download and install the application, you need to open it. And after opening, you will see the following welcome screen:
We recommend logging in using the QR code, it is the easiest way. At first, you scan the QR code with your smartphone.
And then, using the browser, you automatically log in to the app.
After that, you must choose a game you'd like to play.
If you have already connected the external controller, you can start using it and playing.
In case you don't have a controller, you can use the Boosteroid Gamepad application. You can find more about that in the following article - Boosteroid Gamepad Application.
Please note that you cannot control the TV cursor while playing via the Boosteroid TV app.
