You can cancel your subscription on the My Account page
Locate the My Subscription column and click Plan details
Click Cancel subscription to proceed
Important note: If you used iDEAL, Bancontact, or PaySafeCard as a payment method, you won't have the Cancel subscription button since these payment methods are non-recurring and your subscription won't be rebilled.
Click Proceed
Complete the Survey
If you have done everything correctly, you will see this message:
Note: When you cancel your subscription, you're still able to use it for the time you've already paid for. Also, the subscription status will change to "Canceled" if the operation is successful (sometimes refreshing the page is required).
