When your paid period ends, your subscription is renewed automatically unless you cancel it beforehand.
The next payment is charged without prior notice.
As per our Terms of Use, we provide no refund upon the automatic renewal of a subscription.
Your subscription remains active for the whole paid period, even after you cancel it. So if you don't want to renew it, there is no need to delay the cancellation: you can cancel it in My Account at any time and keep playing until the end of the paid period.
Does automatic renewal work with every payment method?
Automatic renewal depends on the payment system and the payment method you used. Not all payment methods support recurring payments, for example:
most payment methods processed by Adyen (such as bank cards) support automatic renewal;
some payment methods, such as iDEAL or SafetyPay (Brazil), do not support automatic renewal.
If your payment method doesn't support automatic renewal, your subscription will not be renewed when the paid period ends. To continue playing, purchase a new subscription in My Account.
