On your account page, click your profile in the upper-right corner;
On the profile page, click “Delete My Account” in the lower-right corner;
A confirmation window will appear. If you are sure you want to delete your account, click “Delete”;
We’ll ask you to complete a short survey to help us improve our service. If you don’t want to, click “Skip Survey”;
Your account will be deleted, and you can close the tab.
Please note: when you delete your account, all your account data is deleted. If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled without a refund.
You can restore your account within 1 day of starting the deletion. To do this, contact our support at [email protected] or via the live chat on our website.
